Totally Touching Story

Ok, I'm not really a "runner", but I have my goal to run a 5K so I like to read other "runner's" blogs (like "marathon mommies") Anyway, came across this runner's blog. It's a really touching, inspiring, make you realize how blessed you are, and treasure each day story.
It's a must read.

Lisa,
Running is so good for you!
I run 3 times a week. Sometimes more sometimes less but my plan is to run through my 30's. people who run look better and for me i just feel better. I can eat a little more if I keep on running! So Miss Lisa run with the wind girl! You can do it if you set your mind to it! Good luck April

Lisa,
I forgot to tell you where you can get the whoopie Pie recipe. Go to foodnetwork and type in Whoopie Pies. April
