Project 365

I took the "Project 365" challenge (and bought the kit) to take a picture a day for the year 2009. Let's hope I can keep up! The kit is cool, and will make it very easy to put them into layouts.

Feeling a little crafty. . .

I have not scrapbooked in SO LONG! The other night I put together this page for my "favorite photos of 2007" scrapbook. I can't say its my most favorite page ever, but it felt good to be creative again.
Carol told me about myscrapbooknook's little scrapbooking kits. The papers on this page came from the one I got in April. Let me tell you, it is SO fun getting mail that is not a bill! Except for this page, the paper and stuff is still in the box, but it is fun to take it out and look at it!

A few more scraps

We don't have our TV hooked up to the antenna(videos and DVDs only) so without TV I've had lots of time to scrapbook in the evenings. This is a double page layout. Its actually from Lisa Bearnson's KOTM, the black is a clipboard. I wish I could take better pictures of my pages, so they don't look all warped and stuff. Any tips?

This one isn't quite done, I want to put a "tis the season" rub-on in the red frame. Who knows when I'll actually go hunt that down, but I posted it anyway. I am a bit dissapointed at the angle of these pictures, it cuts off the tops of the pages and gives extra room on the sides. I need some advise from the experts. . .

I got a few pages done. I am still years behind. I actually did one more but I don't like it. Its just not workin' for me, so I didn't post it. I am trying to decide if I want to take the time to try to figure out how to make it better or just leave it and move on.

My favorite is of the three girls. I love that picture.

After the kids went to bed the last couple of nights I have been busy scrapbooking! The "sisters" one I scraplifted from Heather. Thanks Heather! The last page an annonymous mystery scrapbooker did for me, he did pretty good for his first page! :)
